Fabrications and Casting Plant:-
We are having inhouse facility to fabricate and cast various metals products,which reduce our total production cycle and enables us to send the shipment on time.

After casting and fabrication of the products,we send it to anothers part of the factory i.e. finishing department, which have 4 separate final finishing departments,which are as follows:-

Powder Coating:
Powder coating is a process of coating metal with a plastic finished applied in powder form and baked to a fluid state to bond it to the metal surface, powder coating has many advantages over traditional liquid coating,it is better for environment, applied thicker without running and is easy to style with and which gives both matt and shiny finish on the metals products.

Electroplating Finish: Electroplating is the procss of plating one metal onto another by hydrolysis.there are some specific types of electroplating such as copper plating,silver plating,brass plating,nickle,and chromium plating and it allows us to use inexpensive metal such as steel, Aluminium and zinc for the majority of the products and then apply different metal on the outside to account for the expensive metal appearence,Protection and other properties desired for the quality of the products and we have a complete set up for the same Inhouse.

Metal Polishing and buffing: We are having a complete ,unique and capable infrastructure for metal polishing and buffing in factory itself.Polishing is often used to enhance the appearance of an item,prevent contamination, remove oxidation ,and to create a reflective surface.
